Qualifications

• Experience in risk or control management within financial services, focusing on compliance and operational risk mitigation.
• Technical AI fluency with understanding of AI models, assumptions, limitations and failure modes.
• Ability to translate complex AI behavior into documented, actionable risk findings within a controls framework.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex AI risks into practical business and controls solutions.
• Collaborate with Controls, Technology and business stakeholders to identify risks and scalable solutions.
• Conduct risk reviews with Control Managers and act as co-developer and gatekeeper for controls.
• Communicate and influence senior leadership on AI-related control implications.
