Job summary

adesso is seeking an experienced Data & AI Practice Lead to shape and grow our UK capability while remaining hands on in client delivery. This senior role blends technical leadership, practice development, people management, project delivery, and pre-sales, with 60%+ client-facing work.

You will recruit and develop the team, drive the UK strategy, and own delivery outcomes, architecture design, and knowledge transfer across clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

At least five years’ experience in data, analytics, data engineering, cloud, or related technology consultancy.
Strong hands‑on experience designing and delivering modern data solutions in complex client or enterprise environments.
Experience applying AI/ GenAI to real business challenges and leading end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead client delivery with direct engagement on data, analytics, AI, and business requirements.
Define and execute UK Data & AI practice strategy and grow market presence.
Recruit, develop, and coach Data & AI consultants; own the practice P&L.
Shape and promote best practices, standards, and reusable assets across the practice.
