Job summary

Zenith is seeking an experienced AI & Microsoft Training Specialist to design, deliver and continually improve apprenticeship learning experiences. You will embed Copilot, Power Platform and AI tools to maximise business impact for learners and employer partners.

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, you will develop and deliver Level 3 and Level 4 AI apprenticeship pathways, with a focus on learner achievement, progression and End Point Assessment preparation.

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience delivering training within apprenticeships or workforce development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiar with Copilot Studio and Power Platform technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality AI and apprenticeship delivery across programmes, embedding Copilot and AI tools.
• Design blended learning content and modules.
• Provide classroom, virtual delivery and coaching.
• Support learner onboarding, progression and End Point Assessment prep.
• Engage with employer partners and ensure quality assurance and compliance.
