Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Technology Analyst to lead discovery, development, and rollout of AI and automations for a tier-one client portfolio across EMEA. The role sits at the intersection of operations and technology, partnering with site teams to surface pain points and implement practical solutions.

You will own day-to-day execution from requirements through design and deployment, manage pilots, and support scale-up across sites with hands-on delivery of low-code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience leading projects end to end from scoping through development to deployment.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in technology deployment, consulting, or innovation programs.

Responsibilities

• Scan for emerging technologies for facilities management, including AI/ML, occupancy analytics, energy optimisation, robotics, and generative AI tools.
• Partner with operations, engineering, workplace experience, EHS, and client/IT stakeholders to identify pain points and prioritise opportunity areas.
• Draft structured charters and requirements and execute hands-on solution design and development.
• Assess feasibility including technical fit, integration, data availability, and operational readiness; support security and privacy reviews.
• Manage pilot logistics, timelines and risk/issue logs; act as day-to-day contact during pilots.
• Convert validated pilots into deployment playbooks and support rollout across sites; feed learnings back into the pipeline.
• Provide day-to-day support of deployed systems (L1/L2) and minor improvements.
