Job summary

Itecopeople in London is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a growing AI and automation programme within a complex enterprise systems environment.

You will work with stakeholders, product owners and engineers to shape solutions spanning AI agents, systems integration and process automation on a cloud-native Microsoft Azure platform, from discovery to delivery and improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Understanding of APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with authentication, identity and data classification.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand business needs.
• Map current and future processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Capture and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements for engineering.
• Define integration requirements with system and data owners (APIs, events, data flows).
• Shape AI use cases and evaluation criteria for outputs.
• Collaborate with engineers to assess feasibility and risks.
• Support Agile delivery and write acceptance criteria.
