Job summary

Draken is recruiting an AI & Automation Developer to deliver AI agents, workflow automation, and productivity tools across the business. You will work hands-on with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

You’ll partner with IT, Data and Business teams to shape practical solutions, prototype ideas, and drive adoption of automation with a focus on governance and secure data handling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools and Power Automate.
• Understanding of applying AI tech to business challenges.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and delivering practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.
• Degree in IT/Data/ML or related field; knowledge of data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI agents using Copilot Studio.
• Build workflow and automation solutions with Power Platform and 365 tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes via AI and automation.
• Collaborate with business users to understand challenges and deliver solutions.
• Prototype, test, and refine solutions to demonstrate value and adoption.
• Support rollout and continuous improvement of AI tools.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 data sources like SharePoint.
• Work with IT, Data, and Business teams to scale solutions.
• Promote best practices in AI adoption and governance.
