Job summary

Draken Europe is seeking an AI & Automation Developer to design and deliver AI agents and workflow automation using Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies.

You will work with stakeholders across the business to turn ideas into practical tools that streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency, with freedom to explore new AI capabilities and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform.
• Experience building workflow and automation solutions with Power Automate.
• Understanding of applying AI to solve business challenges.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex processes.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and responsible use of business information.
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting.
• Exposure to RPA tools and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI agents using Copilot Studio.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation, and workflow solutions.
• Work directly with business users to understand challenges and deliver practical, user-focused solutions.
• Prototype, test, and refine solutions to demonstrate value and drive adoption.
• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of AI and automation tools across the organisation.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 data sources, including SharePoint and other business systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, and Business teams to develop scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Promote best practice in AI adoption, data handling, and automation governance.

• Understanding of how AI technologies can be applied to solve business challenges.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
• Degree inInformation Technology, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of data security, governance, and responsible use of business information.
• Knowledge ofPower BIand reporting solutions.
• Basic SQL and data querying skills.
• Experience working withSharePointand Microsoft 365 data sources.
• Exposure toRobotic Process Automation (RPA)tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience supporting AI and automation adoption within a business environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
