Draken is recruiting for an AI & Automation Developer to join our team and deliver innovative AI and automation solutions across the business. This hands-on role focuses on developing AI agents and workflow automation using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, the Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and productivity solutions.
- Experience applying AI technologies to business challenges.
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support AI agents using Copilot Studio.
- Build workflow and automation solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes with AI and automation.
- Collaborate with business users to deliver practical, user-focused solutions.
- Prototype, test, and refine solutions to demonstrate value and drive adoption.
- Support rollout and continuous improvement of AI and automation tools.
