Job summary

FIND is seeking AI Automation Coaches to help professionals understand and apply AI and automation in their daily roles. You will guide learners on an AI & Automation-focused apprenticeship, identifying automation opportunities and shaping practical workflows.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Agents or related tools is essential. You will communicate across technical and non-technical audiences and support learners to demonstrate

Qualifications

Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform or similar automation tools.
Experience creating or working with automated workflows and business process automation.
Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Agents or Agentic AI.
Understanding how AI & Automation improve everyday business processes and productivity.
Experience using technology to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
Confidence communicating with people from technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Support learners on an AI & Automation-focused apprenticeship programme, applying what they learn to real workplace challenges.
Identify opportunities for automation and build or improve workflows.
Help learners demonstrate the impact of automation and AI in their projects.
