Job summary

Tria is seeking an AI & Automation Analyst in London with a hybrid work arrangement. You will work with the Data Science & AI team to develop and maintain practical automation solutions, including workflows, AI assistants, and Copilot agents.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or strong interest in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365, plus familiarity with generative AI tools like Copilot or Claude. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are key.

Qualifications

Some practical experience or strong interest in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365.
Experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to investigate straightforward issues.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, especially when explaining technical processes.
Genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology with the appetite to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Support development and maintenance of practical AI & automation solutions across the business.
Work on automated workflows, AI assistants and Copilot agents.
