Enfield Council seeks an AI and Automation Apprentice to support the Digital Services team in analysing processes and implementing low-code, AI-enabled solutions. You will work with colleagues on projects that improve productivity, data quality and customer experiences, under supervision.

The role offers practical digital transformation experience, with training to achieve a Level 4 AI and Automation Practitioner apprenticeship and exposure to governance, data protection and responsible AI

• Help identify opportunities where AI, automation and digital tools could improve services and user experience.
• Map processes, user needs and data to define requirements for automation solutions.
• Support workshops, solution design, pilots and proofs of concept across Digital Services.

Educación

GCSE maths and English (Grade 4/C or above)
