Job summary

Enfield Council is recruiting an AI & Automation Apprentice to join the Digital Services team. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery using AI and low-code tools, while gaining practical experience in digital transformation.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
• Interest in AI and its continued emergence.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where AI, automation and digital tools could improve services, productivity, accuracy and user experience.
• Map and review processes, user needs, systems and data to understand problems and requirements.
• Support workshops, reviews, solution design, pilots and proofs of concept; evaluate tools against needs, costs, benefits and risks.
• Help configure and implement low-code, no-code, automation and AI solutions under supervision.
• Plan and carry out testing, record results and defects, support user testing.
