Job summary

QA is seeking a motivated AI & Automation Specialist Apprentice to join the team in Farnborough. You will work toward a Level 4 AI & Automation Specialist Apprenticeship while gaining practical experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making.

The role involves identifying automation opportunities, assisting with AI solution design and testing, and helping to build no-code/low-code workflows across departments.

Qualifications

• Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent work experience.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4/C or higher).
• Interest in AI, automation and digital technologies.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify processes suitable for automation.
• Assist design, development, testing, and implementation of AI and automation solutions.
• Create automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools.
• Gather requirements and support adoption of new tech across the organisation.
• Document processes and train staff.
