Job summary

AQA is seeking an AI Asset Manager to own the roadmap and lifecycle of AI assets for new assessment products and services. You will work with AI researchers, developers and stakeholders to turn research into practical solutions that benefit learners and educators.

The role focuses on managing AI tools and IP, collaborating across teams, and driving alignment with educational goals. A hybrid working model applies with two days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technology products, AI tools or digital assets in a research or innovation setting.
• Ability to work with developers, engineers and technical specialists to translate concepts for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across a complex organisation.
• Experience developing roadmaps, prioritising activity and managing multiple projects.
• Analytical and commercially minded with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Defining and owning the roadmap for AI assets to deliver value and support innovation.
• Collaborating with tech teams and partners to develop and manage AI tools and IP.
• Leading strategic AI initiatives using customer insight and market trends to influence decisions.
• Acting as the face of AI for assessment solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritising ideas and ensuring the end-to-end customer experience meets stakeholder needs.
• Ensuring assets meet pedagogical and education requirements and align with strategy.
