They are exploring how to implement AI solutions to enhance automation for SMEs in mundane bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Digital Engineering, effectively a Center of Excellence within the Product organization, aims to provide engineering services and technical excellence to their fastest-growing products.

The client has prioritized AI adoption over the past two years, successfully implementing Generative AI across various products, leading to product growth and improved customer experience. They recognize that further benefits and ROI could be achieved through AI within their product set, which comprises around 200 products.
