As an Architect within our Data & AI practice, you'll deliver data platform and analytical solutions that drive transformative change and deliver high-value business outcomes. You'll engage in solutioning by understanding our customers' challenges and needs, taking responsibility for the technical design and solutions for large-scale analytical projects. You'll provide guidance and technical leadership to data & AI engineers and build relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks
• Awareness of channels to market and how to work within a Microsoft and partner ecosystem to ensure customer success
• High energy and intent to help clients understand the fast-moving Data & AI industry, products, and services
• Experience working with stakeholders to create technical visions, architectures, and delivery roadmaps for large programs involving the latest data platform concepts, including scaling AI across enterprises
• Capability in creating design artifacts and presenting them for approval at architectural forums with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, including senior client executives
• Deep understanding of modern Data & AI capabilities such as data analysis, streaming data, IoT, AI, GenAI, and related fields
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale Data Platform solutions using approaches like Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Fabric, Cloud Scale Analytics, focusing on performance, security, and reliability
• Comfortable leading sales and business development opportunities with clients

• You likely possess an advanced degree in a quantitative field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven success in complex technical sales, deployment projects, architecture, and support of distributed applications
• Extensive experience architecting cloud solutions for large enterprise data workloads and implementing large-scale data projects in the cloud
• Acknowledged for collaborative decision-making, conflict resolution, and effective communication, with ability to lead and influence remote teams
• Consultative, collaborative, and relationship-building skills

• Humble leadership, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for stakeholders
• Engage early with clients, partners, and sales teams to support deal origination, requirements gathering, and solutioning
• Work with Data & AI leadership to shape offerings, accelerators, and IP for GTM activities
• Drive evolution of AI development practices, including data management, model training, and deployment
• Stay updated on AI and data tech advancements and incorporate relevant innovations
