Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software development or AI engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications or LLM projects.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calls and execution loops.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into apps.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity in emerging AI tech.
• Good communication to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI agents and LLM-powered apps for internal use.
• Build agent execution logic, tool calls, and integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate workflows into AI solutions.
• Design workflow automations to boost productivity.
• Integrate external LLMs into internal applications.
• Test and improve AI solutions for reliability and business fit.
• Share knowledge of AI tools and best practices across the organisation.
