Job summary
Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is building an enterprise AI capability to transform how teams work and how we deliver services to clients. We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to partner with the Head of AI, turning strategy into practical, production-ready AI agents, copilots and intelligent workflows.
You will design, build, and support AI agents and workflows using Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Claude and related technologies, connecting to data, automating processes and delivering intuitive user
Qualifications
- Experience designing, building and deploying AI solutions to solve business problems.
- Experience with AI, automation or workflow technologies.
- Ability to integrate systems via APIs and connectors.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real business challenges.
- Translate business requirements into AI applications and workflows.
- Prototype ideas and progress successful concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and productivity opportunities.
- Ensure solutions are secure and scalable with IT and Information Security teams.
