Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3+ years experience in production software systems.
• Experience with concurrent/distributed systems.

• Integrate retrieval components with Postgres + pgvector.
• Monitor and improve agent quality using observability tools.
