You’ll drive architecture and implementation decisions, coach engineers to raise the technical bar, and partner with Product and Design to turn agent capabilities into valuable developer experiences, improving reliability

Qualifications

• Experience managing and growing software engineering teams.
• Hands-on Go development experience.
• Strong distributed systems knowledge and AWS experience.
• Ability to guide architecture and balance tradeoffs.
