Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking a Product Manager to join the Funding Product team and help shape the future of global commerce. You’ll own the global vision and roadmap for Funding products and collaborate with Treasury, Banking Partners, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and Sales to deliver outcomes.

You’ll lead end-to-end product development, manage initiatives, monitor performance, and grow a high-performance team of Product Owners.

We’re looking for a Product Manager i to join our ever-evolving Funding Product team and help shape the future of global commerce.What you’ll ownSupport the development and execution of the global vision, strategy and roadmap for Funding products and how our customers are funded across the Globe.Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying opportunities for product enhancements, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.You'll lead end-to-end product development across Global Payments’ Funding capabilities, through both direct dedicated engineering teams and (via influence, alignment and matrix leadership) indirect engineering teams.Manage product initiatives through the product lifecycle, supporting delivery from concept and business case through to launch and ongoing optimisation.Collaborate with Treasury, Banking Partners, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and Sales teams to ensure successful product outcomes.Monitor product performance and customer feedback, using data and insights to recommend improvements and future development opportunities.You'll lead a team of Product Owners, creating a high-performance culture that attracts and grows top talent.Develop a strong understanding of the funding landscape and act as a key point of contact for product-related queries within the business.What you’ll bringA product mindset with a strong customer-first, data-driven and strategic approach to decision making.Strong commercial acumen, with experience building business cases, optimising performance metrics and delivering growth.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across Banking Partners, Treasury, Commercial, Technology, and Sales teams.Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies, business cases, and roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.A proactive, self-starting mindset with the confidence to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.Strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable operating autonomously while managing multiple priorities.Experience leading and developing product teams, with a passion for coaching and enabling others to succeed.Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to balance customer needs, commercial outcomes, and operational considerations.It’s a bonus if you haveA background in payments, fintech or banking, with a strong understanding of global payment infrastructure, including schemes and rails such as SEPA, SWIFT and Fedwire.Knowledge of emerging industry trends, including digital assets, stable coins and real-time payments, and the ability to translate them into business opportunities.Act like an owner: We take accountability — working at pace to own our outcomes.
