Job summary

Notion is rewriting how customers adopt and realize value from AI-native software. As an Outcomes Architect, you will own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, focusing on those that are flat, at-risk, or require a stronger path to measurable impact.

You will partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy, expansion qualification, and planning, shaping outcomes that strengthen partnerships and drive predictable revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts, with ability to understand business problems and map workflows.
• Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor for Notion workspaces and workflows.
• Commercial awareness and ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk and expansion potential.
• Ability to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption and measurable outcomes.
• Strong program and stakeholder management across a book of accounts.
• Operate with urgency, empathy, and structure to move ideas to working systems.
• Passion for AI and new tools, continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts, ensuring customers deliver outcomes with Notion.
• Contribute to net revenue retention via renewals and expansion pipeline.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy for shared accounts.
• Define mutual success plans guiding customers through AI Transformation with ROI demonstrated in reviews.
• Lead use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities that increase value.
