Job summary

Arrow Global is building its AI Adoption team in Manchester. As AI Adoption and Community Lead you will own the design and delivery of the democratisation programme, shaping the strategy, training, community, governance and communications that embed AI across the organisation.

You will be the first senior hire, defining the structure, recruiting and managing a Programme Coordinator, and collaborating across group functions to land real, measurable change while championing responsible use of AI.

• Own the design and delivery of Arrow’s AI democratisation programme, including strategy, training, community, governance, and communications.
