Qualifikationen

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or sales within AI Solutions, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing existing customer accounts through upsell and expansion opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Take an AI-first, solution-oriented approach to understand customer requirements and opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with influencers and decision-makers across accounts to promote loyalty and growth.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities across AI agents, SaaS conversions, add-on licenses, and upsell modules.
• Maintain understanding of customer goals, priorities, and key issues to support strategic account management.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans, quotes, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Manage revenue and bookings quotas and participate in forecast reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and other teams for smooth engagements.
• Prepare technical presentations and participate in events to support growth.
