Job summary

University Hospitals Tees is seeking an AHP Service Lead to support senior operations in delivering high performance, ownership, and accountability for safety and patient care. You will lead across Directorate boundaries, develop plans, and ensure services meet national best practice.

You will act as a change agent, be highly visible to frontline staff, and contribute RCOT governance responsibilities as part of Hartlepool activities within the unified Trust.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in an AHP-related profession; HCPC regulated.
• Masters qualification, working towards or prepared to work towards.
• HCPC registration in relevant AHP discipline; evidence of professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high calibre professional and operational management to staff within portfolio across Directorate(s).
• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned to overall strategy; ensure integrated therapy services across acute and community settings.
