NHS Jobs in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a senior educator to lead and develop the AHP Preceptorship programme across the Trust. You will support newly registered staff, returners and internationally recruited AHPs to gain the experience and resilience they need to transition into clinical practice.

The role involves shaping a standardised, multiprofessional AHP Preceptorship model aligned to NHS standards, coordinating clinical education resources, auditing outcomes and working with HR, AHP Leads

• Lead the AHP Preceptorship programme across the Trust, supporting newly registered staff, returners and internationally recruited AHPs to gain relevant experience and resilience.
• Shape a standardised, multiprofessional preceptorship model aligned to NHS standards and frameworks.
• Coordinate clinical education resources, monitor quality and ensure documentation and learning opportunities are maintained.
• Collaborate with HR, AHP Leads, Nursing & Midwifery preceptorship leads and ward/department managers to plan and review development across the Trust.
