Base pay range

Leeds 3 days a week or Remote

Fantastic opportunity with a leading MGA that forms part of a wider global group.

You will be required in the Leeds office 3 days a week. A remote contract would be considered for exceptional candidates with extensive experience in the Agriculture Market.

The Role:

• Underwrite New and Existing Business Farm Combined: Business risk, Commercial legal expenses, Engineering breakdowns and inspections, Environmental impairment liability and more
• Underwrite new and existing Farm Combined business
• Handling premiums ranging from £450 - £30,000 GWP
• Manual calculations
• Work closely with brokers to deliver tailored solutions
• Support and contribute to team success and business development
• Maintain high underwriting standards with strong technical accuracy
• You'll be part of a collaborative, progression-driven environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Agricultural underwriting experience is essential (5+ Years)
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
• Proven self-starter with strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload
• MGA, Composite backgrounds or a specialist Agriculture Broker with Delegated Authority
