Agriculture Lawyer - Bristol

This Top 50 vibrant and progressive law firm has a fantastic new opening for an Agriculture Lawyer of 3 + PQE to join a well-established team of impressive lawyers specialising in Agriculture, Farms, and Estates which is currently one of the UK's largest groups of rural property specialists.

Our client are seeking an experienced agriculture lawyer to bolster their thriving team to represent some of the country's most prominent private landowners.

This is a great opportunity to contribute your expertise and immediately add value within a collegiate team who are seen as experts in their field.

The successful agriculture lawyer can expect to work closely with colleagues across the Real Estate and Private Client teams, providing a diverse range of legal advice on rural property matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling the purchase and sale of agricultural estates.
  • Advising on land sales for development, including sales, options, and promotion agreements.
  • Providing guidance on green energy projects.
  • Advising on landlord/tenant issues across agricultural, commercial, and residential properties.
  • Assisting lenders with loans to agricultural landowners.


To be considered for this role, you will have at least 3 years PQE, have strong technical expertise in agriculture or real estate with demonstrated experience of acting for landowners in relation to development projects or land transactions.
