Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd are partnered with a leading agricultural sales business seeking an experienced Field Sales Account Manager to cover Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, North Somerset & North-east Somerset. You will manage existing live clients and secure new accounts, visiting farms and farming businesses across the territory.

The role is field-based with remote working from home and in the field, offering uncapped commission and a fully expensed company car.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to farmers in field-based roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage farming accounts and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets for Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, North Somerset & North-east Somerset.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses.
• Liaise with target farming companies and independent farmers.
• Generate leads and convert opportunities within defined territory.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and share with customers.
• Exceed personal sales budget and KPIs; update CRM with accurate data.
• Collaborate with telesales partner to meet territory targets and commissions.
• Attend sales meetings and training days.
