Bridgend College is seeking an Agriculture and Environment Supervisor to join our hands-on farming and teaching team in Bridgend. This full-time role (37 hours per week) combines farm management with student mentorship on our 66-hectare estate, helping to inspire the next generation of farmers.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture, have practical farm experience, and demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
