Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities for providing tailored insurance solutions to existing clients and brokers across the UK.
• Independently review and analyse underwriting submissions to ensure accuracy and adherence to relevant guidelines.
• Use your expertise to make informed decisions that benefit both the client and the organisation.
• Operate within your delegated underwriting authority to effectively underwrite both new business and renewals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in agricultural/farming combined underwriting, including property, liability, and business interruption.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• You should be a proactive, self-starter with strong organisational skills to effectively manage your workload and meet deadlines.

This role requires you to work half of your week in the office. They have multiple branches in the UK, so there should be an office within commuting distance from you.
