Job description

Agricultural Technician required. Our client has over 40 years of experience in the agricultural industry, servicing and selling plant and machinery makes and models, in addition to transporting farm machinery, plant, and abnormal loads. They are now looking for an Agricultural Technician due to business growth.

Successful candidates will service and repair CaseIH tractors and machinery both in a workshop and on site.

Agricultural Technician Position Overview

• Service and repair of CaseIH tractors and machinery, both in workshop and on site, using CaseIH computer diagnostic equipment.
• PDI of new tractors, Iseki compact tractors, general farm machinery, and Ifor Williams trailers.
• Full factory training, product-specific, available online and at the CNH training centre.
• Reporting to the service office/management.
• Familiarity with modern farm equipment.

Agricultural Technician Position Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate and familiar with modern electronic and diagnostic processes.

Agricultural Technician Position Remuneration

• Salary expectation: £12 - £18.50 per hour.
• Overtime at 1.5x hourly rate.
• Working hours: 39 hours/week.
• Holiday package: 22 days + 8 bank holidays.
