The role requires qualified Real Estate/Agricultural Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years in commercial/rural property law, and a hybrid home/office configuration in Taunton.

You will handle a varied agricultural property caseload covering:

• Sales and acquisitions ofagricultural land,rural estates & farms


• Agricultural tenancies &farm business tenancies


• Land development &strategic land matters


• Renewable energy projects


• Easements, rights of way


• Estate &land management matters


• Diversification projects &rural business transactions


• Advise farmers and landowners, estates and trusts, rural businesses, developers and investors
