Opportunity: Rural Property Solicitor/Lawyer

Location: Taunton

Salary: Up to £95,000 + Bonus + Profit Share

I'm working with a well-established South West law firm that is continuing to grow its Taunton office and is looking to add to its Rural Property team.

They're open to people from 2+ PQE, so whether you're an Associate looking for more responsibility and quality work or a more senior lawyer who would enjoy helping shape the team as it grows, there's scope here to make the role your own.

And with a salary of up to £95,000+, plus bonus and profit share, it's certainly not one to overlook!

What You Will Be Doing?

You'll work with a broad mix of rural and agricultural clients, including farmers, landowners, estates and trusts, rural businesses, developers, investors and private individuals.

The work is varied and could include:

• Sales and acquisitions of farms, agricultural land and rural estates
• Agricultural and Farm Business Tenancies
• Strategic land and development
• Renewable energy projects
• Easements, rights of way and other property rights
• Estate and land management
• Rural business transactions and diversification projects

You'll also build lasting client and professional relationships, work alongside experienced specialists and develop your own profile within the rural property market.
