Executive Network Legal Ltd in Somerset seeks an experienced Agriculture & Land Solicitor to join its established team. The role covers farm and rural land transactions, tenancies, and development projects for farmers, landowners and rural businesses across the South West.

You will handle sales and acquisitions, agricultural finance, and succession planning, with opportunities to mentor juniors and grow client relationships in a well-respected practice.

Qualifications

• Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years' PQE and experience within agricultural, rural property or commercial property law.

Responsibilities

• Sales and acquisitions of farms, estates and rural land.
• Agricultural tenancies and related matters.
• Rural land development and diversification projects.
• Agricultural finance and secured lending transactions.
• Succession planning support.
• General rural property and land management issues.
