Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd are seeking an Agricultural Machinery Lecturer for a long-term on-site contract in Ipswich. You will deliver engaging sessions on agricultural machinery and land-based engineering, supporting learners through NVQ and apprentice standards.

Ideally you are an experienced trainer or hands-on agricultural machinery professional with knowledge of tractors, implements and modern farm equipment. A teaching qualification and DBS check are beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in Further Education or apprenticeships.
• Hands-on knowledge of tractors, implements and modern farm equipment.
• Teaching or assessing qualifications (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching and practical training focused on agricultural machinery and land-based engineering
• Assess and support learners working towards NVQ and apprenticeship standards
• Coach and provide feedback to support progression and achievement
• Deliver a full academic year contract on-site in Ipswich
