Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd seeks an Agricultural Machinery Lecturer to deliver practical sessions and theory on agricultural machinery in Ipswich. You will assess learners toward NVQ/apprenticeship standards and provide coaching to help them achieve job-ready skills.

The role offers a long-term contract (6-12 months), full academic year, on-site at Ipswich. Ideal candidates have NVQ Level 3 in Agriculture or equivalent, hands-on machinery experience, and a teaching qualification is preferred

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Agriculture or Land-Based Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with agricultural machinery.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not essential.
• Able to obtain Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching and practical training focused on agricultural machinery and land-based engineering.
• Assess learners against NVQ and apprenticeship standards.
• Coach, mentor and provide constructive feedback to support progression and achievement.
• Deliver a full academic year contract, on-site in Ipswich.
