Job summary

Westray Recruitment Group has a Retail Sales Account Manager opportunity focused 85% on account management and 15% on new sales within the fertiliser sector. Based in Cumbria or nearby, the role involves farm calls, promoting branded fertilisers, and supporting merchants with product training.

A UK driving license and willingness to travel are essential. The position offers a negotiable annual salary around £40k, a discretionary bonus, a company car or allowance, and 33 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in fertiliser/agriculture sales preferred.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel in regional area.
• Ability to develop relationships with farmers and merchants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct farm calls and maintain relationships to sustain volumes.
• Promote branded fertilisers and provide product training to distributors.
• Plan and participate in regional sales campaigns and merchant meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to the Line Manager.
