Job summary

C&O is seeking an Agricultural Engineer to join our new Depot in the Cullompton/Tiverton area. The role mainly services and maintains farm equipment, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and provides excellent customer service.

You will travel to client sites as needed and carry out repairs, installations, and compliance with service procedures. A full driver's licence is essential, and training will be provided.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering hands-on work in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical knowledge of vehicles or machinery.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Awareness of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing machinery and equipment, in workshop or on site.
• Fixing faults or installing replacement parts.
• Compliance with manufacturers’ service and warranty procedures.
• Account for all hours worked using timesheet or service app.
• Keep management informed of progress.
• Maintain work area and vehicle in a safe, tidy and professional manner.
