Job Opportunity: Agricultural Loss Adjuster

A national loss adjusting practice is seeking to expand its Agricultural Division by appointing at least two additional home-based adjusters in the Midlands/South West regions.

1. Responsibilities: Handle a range of specialist agricultural and high net worth losses within the South West or Midlands, depending on your location. Collaborate closely with specialist insurers and brokers to improve service delivery.
2. Candidate Profile: Ideally, candidates will have a background in agricultural adjusting. However, experienced property adjusters in high net worth or general property fields who wish to develop expertise in agricultural losses are also encouraged to apply.
3. Role Development: Be part of a national team with the autonomy to develop your role, knowledge, and skills in the agricultural sector.

Compensation: Basic salaries are negotiable based on experience, likely up to £50-55,000, plus individual fee-related bonuses, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days of holiday.
