Job Opportunity: Agricultural Adjusters

Our client, a national loss adjusting practice, is seeking to enhance its Agricultural Division by appointing at least two additional home-based adjusters in the Midlands/South West region.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling a range of specialist agricultural and high net worth losses within the South West or Midlands, depending on your location.
2. Collaborating closely with specialist insurers and brokers to improve service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

• Ideally from an agricultural adjusting background.
• Alternatively, experienced property adjusters in high net worth or general property fields seeking to expand into agricultural claims are also considered.

You will be part of a national team with the autonomy to develop your role, knowledge, and skills within the agricultural sector.

Compensation: Basic salaries up to £50-55,000, complemented by individual fee-related bonuses, a car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days of holiday.
