Job Opportunity: Agricultural Loss Adjusters

Our client, a national loss adjusting practice, is seeking to strengthen its Agricultural Division by appointing at least two additional home-based adjusters in the Midlands/South West regions.

3. Collaborate with specialist insurers and brokers to improve service delivery.
4. Develop your expertise within the agricultural sector, with autonomy to shape your role and skills.

Candidate Profile:

• Ideally from an agricultural adjusting background.
• Alternatively, experienced property adjusters in high net worth or general property fields interested in expanding into agricultural losses.

Compensation:

Basic salaries are negotiable based on experience, likely up to £50-55,000, plus individual fee-related bonuses, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days of holiday.
