Okehampton-based chartered firm invites an Agricultural Accounts Manager to lead accounts, tax and wider advisory work for agricultural and rural clients across sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

You will manage a small team and act as key support to the directors, developing strong client relationships and delivering services that drive value, growth and a clear progression path within a well regarded practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT with managerial experience.
• Experience delivering accounts, tax and advisory services to farming and rural sectors.
• Careful development and progression in an accountancy practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts/tax delivery for agricultural clients across various entity types.
• Develop client relationships and oversee advisory and project work.
• Manage a small team and support directors with service delivery.
