Job summary

ACCA Careers has a leading chartered accountancy firm in the Barnstaple/Holsworthy area seeking an Agricultural Senior Manager to strengthen the directors' support in the rural sector. You will manage client portfolios, deliver accounts and tax work, and help shape advisory services for farming clients.

You will oversee a team, build lasting relationships with clients, and play a key role in strategic planning and development within the practice.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualifications with managerial level experience in accounts, tax and advisory work.
• Experience advising farming, agricultural or rural sector clients.
• Strong leadership and client relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agricultural clients delivering accounts, tax and wider advisory services.
• Lead and develop a team, supporting directors with strategic planning.
