ACCA Careers’ client, a respected chartered accounting practice in Okehampton, seeks an Agricultural Accounts Manager to oversee accounts, tax and advisory work for farming and rural clients.

You will lead a team, develop strong client relationships, and support directors while driving progression within the agricultural sector, with clear development opportunities and a pivotal role in the firm.

Qualifications

• Candidates will be ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualified with a clear trajectory to managerial level.
• Experience delivering accounts, tax and advisory services to farming, agricultural, and rural clients.
• Strong leadership and development of client relationships within an accountancy practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts, tax and wider advisory services for agricultural clients (sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies).
• Develop and maintain client relationships and portfolios.
• Lead and develop a team, supporting the directors and partner team.
• Contribute to planning, business advice and project work within the agricultural sector.
