Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Uffculme Mill is seeking a hands‑on Production Operative to help run the feed mill, ensuring safe manufacture, packing and dispatch with strong adherence to company standards.

The role offers permanent/temporary, full‑time or part‑time hours, with clear progression pathways into roles such as LGV Driver, Production Planner or Engineer within the Mole Valley Farmers group.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing or agricultural environment.
• Basic mechanical understanding and ability to operate machinery.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety and compliance standards.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable and team‑oriented.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Operating mill equipment and process systems safely and efficiently.
• Managing weighbridge procedures and quality control.
• Operating bagging and packing systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting stock control.
• Loading vehicles and serving customers with accuracy and care.
• Supporting compliance audits and following medicated procedures.
• Maintaining clean and tidy work areas and reporting equipment issues.
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent / Temporary

Hours: Full‑time / Part‑time

Hours of Work: XX Hours per week, working XX

As a Production Operative, you’ll be central to the day‑to‑day running of our feed mill operations. You’ll help ensure products are manufactured, packed, and dispatched safely and efficiently, while maintaining compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
