Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking an experienced HGV Driver for our Huntworth Mill site. You will operate bulk‑blown systems, deliver loose feed to farm stores, and maintain high safety and accuracy during every shift.

The role offers 45 hours per week over a 4‑day rota, with overtime payments after threshold and additional Sunday/Bank Holiday rates. Permanent and temporary options exist, with industry‑standard benefits and progression opportunities.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent / Temporary

Hours: Full-time / Part-time

Hours of Work: 45 Hours per week, working 4 days a week

Join our team delivering loose animal feed using rigid and artic bulk-blown vehicles. You’ll be responsible for operating the bulk-blown system to transfer feed directly into on-farm storage, ensuring safe and accurate deliveries. Ideal for drivers who enjoy precision work and direct farm interaction, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate bulk-blown delivery systems
• Deliver loose feed directly into farm feed stores
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing daily checks
• Handling delivery paperwork and customer interactions professionally
• Supporting operational efficiency and minimising waste
• Requires attention to detail and strong Health & Safety awareness

About You

• A valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph cardStrong communication and time management skills
• A professional, courteous, and safety-conscious approach
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early, late, and tramping
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
