Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers is seeking reliable HGV drivers to join our transport team in a permanent/temporary capacity. You will operate bulk-blown systems and deliver feed to farm stores, ensuring accurate, safe deliveries while maintaining vehicles and paperwork.

We offer 45-hour weeks across a 4-day rota, overtime after 45 hours, Sunday/bank holiday enhances, and various driver support benefits. A professional, safety-minded approach and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence and Driver CPC.
• Digital tachograph card required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Flexible to work early, late, and tramp shifts.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent / Temporary

Hours: Full-time / Part-time

Hours of Work: 45 Hours per week, working 4 days a week

Join our team delivering loose animal feed using rigid and artic bulk-blown vehicles. You’ll be responsible for operating the bulk-blown system to transfer feed directly into on-farm storage, ensuring safe and accurate deliveries. Ideal for drivers who enjoy precision work and direct farm interaction, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Operate bulk-blown delivery systems
• Deliver loose feed directly into farm feed stores
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing daily checks
• Handling delivery paperwork and customer interactions professionally
• Supporting operational efficiency and minimising waste
• Requires attention to detail and strong Health & Safety awareness

About You

• A valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A professional, courteous, and safety-conscious approach
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early, late, and tramping
