Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Risdon Mill is seeking an experienced HGV Driver (Bulk Blown Feed) to join our transport team. You will operate bulk-blown delivery systems and deliver loose feed directly into farm stores, ensuring accurate deliveries and safety.

This permanent role offers a 4-day week rota, 45 hours per week, with overtime and Sunday/BH rates, and support for CPC and licence upgrades. A Class 1 or 2 licence, CPC and tachograph card, and a safety-conscious approach are essential.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 45 Hours per week, working 4 days

Join our team delivering loose animal feed using rigid & artic bulk-blown vehicles. You’ll be responsible for operating the bulk-blown system to transfer feed directly into on-farm storage, ensuring safe and accurate deliveries. Ideal for drivers who enjoy precision work and direct farm interaction, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate bulk-blown delivery systems
• Deliver loose feed directly into farm feed stores
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing daily checks
• Handling delivery paperwork and customer interactions professionally
• Supporting operational efficiency and minimising waste
• Requires attention to detail and strong Health & Safety awareness

About You

• A valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A professional, courteous, and safety-conscious approach
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early, late, and tramping
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
