- Supervise Entire Accounts and Finance Department.

- Monitoring day book in the accounting software regularly and taking approval thereof.
- Monitoring & Controling Maya Agro Processing Company Limited and Prepare monthly financial statements.
Banking, Loans & Fund Management, Tax, VAT, Audit & Compliance
- Manage all banking activities like bank transactions, loan transactions, collecting diposite, payment to minimize tax burden according to TAX and VAT planning.
- Conducting all activities related with commercial for Importing various raw materials, LC management and disbursement thereof.
- TAX and VAT planning to minimize tax burden within the ground of NBR rules and regulations.
- Ensuring TDS and VDS deduction in all payment to suppliers according to income tax act 2023 and VAT 2012.
- Prepare draft statutory audit report for auditing by a CA (Chartered Accountant) firm.
- Monitoring Liaison with Tax Authorities, Custom Authorities, Audit firm and contract activities according to their instructions subject to save the Company.
- Monitoring and conducting Inventory Management System for accuracy of financial management.
- Monitoring and maintain all mushok books regularly.
- Filing with holding tax return and vat return as per rules and regulations.
Costing, Control & Efficiency
- Preparation of product costing and pricing when need from time to time by the management.
- Implement strong internal controls across all financial processes.
- Develop SOPs and policies for procurement, payments, and financial approvals.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, HR, Sales & marketing teams.
- Support management in expansion plans, capex(capital expenditure) planning, and investment decisions.
